What is in the oven

The wholesale bake runs Monday and Tuesday when the counter is shut. Everything on the retail shelf is baked the morning it is sold.

  • Sourdough

One starter, kept since 2016. Long cold ferment, baked on stone, sold the day it comes out.

  • Viennoiserie

Laminated Tuesday night, baked Wednesday to Sunday. When it is gone it is gone.

  • Pastry and cake by the slice

Whatever the season is doing, cut from the same cakes on the Special Orders page.

  • Pantry

The things people ask for at the till: flour, starter, jam from the farm up the road.
