What we collect, and why
last updated august 2026
The Linova Group is a Canadian studio and follows PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law) and the spirit of Quebec's Law 25. Short version: nothing on this site tracks you until you say it can, and everything you send us is used to reply to you — not to build a profile of you.
Analytics and ads
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages work. Ad and analytics cookies are off by default and turn on only if you choose "Allow analytics & ads" in the banner. Decline and the site works exactly the same. Our ad landing pages (the ones you reach from a Facebook or Instagram ad) also use Meta's pixel and conversions tools so we know an ad led to a message — contact details sent that way are hashed before they leave our server.
Forms and bookings
The contact form is processed by Formspree; what you type goes to our inbox and nowhere else. Call bookings run on Calendly, which has its own privacy policy; we receive the name, email, and time you give it.
Your choices
You can decline cookies in the banner, clear your browser's storage to reset the choice, and ask us at any time what we hold about you or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form— a person reads it.
