Six services, nine staff, and one booking link that knows none of it
A single-chair shop and a salon running hair, nails and treatment rooms are not the same business, and the same website will not do for both. A multi-service room has practitioners with different specialisms, rooms that constrain what can be booked when, and a price list that moves seasonally. Most salon sites answer that with a flat list of services and a booking button that starts by asking the customer to work out which of nine people they need.

- Booking that narrows as it goes
- Service first, then the room, then the practitioners who actually work in it. The customer never sees a list of names they have no way to choose between.
- A price list built to be repriced
- Services and durations live in a content system because this trade reprices seasonally. Anything that makes a price change a developer ticket will go out of date.
- Each service line reads as its own
- Hair, nails and treatments have different customers and often different regulars. They get their own pages and their own photography rather than sharing one grid.
- Practitioners as a reason to book
- People book a person as much as a service. Each practitioner gets a real profile — what they do, what they are known for — because that is what converts a browse into a name in the calendar.
The marketing plays
Written for spas & multi-service salons — not recycled from another industry with the nouns swapped. This is the human half of the shop.
Results are the portfolio in this trade — colour, nails, brows. We plan around the services you want more of rather than whatever got photographed that week.
Google Business Profile
Salon search is local and immediate, and the profile carries hours, photos and reviews before anyone opens the site. Review replies matter here more than most trades.
Rebooking and reminder flows
The economics of a salon are repeat visits on a cycle. A reminder at the right interval is worth more than a new-customer campaign, and costs almost nothing to run.
Seasonal packages
Wedding season, holidays and back-to-school are when packages sell. Each is a short campaign with its own page rather than a note at the bottom of the price list.
What we'd build for spas
Not a drawing of a spa site — the finished one, on the Standard Package spec this page describes. It is a sample business, not a client, and it says so on every page of it.
